​I spent much of my life unwell within the Western medical system. Eventually, I reached a point where there was no other option - I had to learn how to heal myself.

My path led me through many different healing modalities, including Reiki, Shamanism, Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Nutrition, Counselling, and Spiritual Coaching. With the care and guidance of these practices, and a deep commitment to my own healing, I was able to restore my health.

After moving through such an intense and transformative healing journey, I realised I wanted to hold space for others walking similar paths. At the age of 30, I enrolled in formal studies to deepen my knowledge and skills. My first role after college was working in Integrative Oncology and Regenerative Medicine. From there, I went on to create my own clinic space, where I could support people in a way that felt authentic and aligned with my philosophy of healing.

No matter how prepared we think we are, life can still bring unexpected challenges. With the birth of my daughter, everything I thought I knew about myself was completely shattered. Yet within that humbling experience of brokenness, something new emerged - and within it, new healing gifts to offer the world.​

Now, as I enter the middle stage of life, I bring all of my wisdom, knowledge and encouragement to those who step into my space. One of my greatest gifts is being able to truly see how extraordinary you are meant to be - and what your soul is longing for in order to heal.

It is my hope to walk this path for the rest of my days, helping to ease the burden carried by weary souls, reminding you of the light of creation, and showing that healing does not always have to come through struggle. We are not alone, and the power of connection and belief can make all the difference.
